Automate power bi monthly screenshot with filter/slicer in place

Hi all,

I have a request from user to update themselves with screenshot of power bi report monthly with the filter in place. As example, I have sales report for different location each month that can be filter using slicer (location and month slicer). How can I send the screenshot image of report to email or sharepoint site automatically every month with different location set on report? (if 3 location, 3 screenshot).

Hi @qhpowerbi ,

You can also use PowerShell/Power Automate to call the Reports - Export To File In Group API to export reports to PNG/PDF/PPTX format, and allow you to set the values of the filters.

Ideally you would use the subscription feature to send monthly screenshots of the report.
However it is not supported to subscribe to predefined filters(bookmarks).

Workaround would be using seperate pages with page level filters and subscribe to those.
