In the Power BI dashboard, I have a card visual that displays a parameter called Performance Ratio (PR). I need to set up an alert system to notify different teams based on the time.
If the Performance Ratio (PR) value in the card is below 80 for more than 1 hour, an alert should be sent to the State Team via email to ex: sate@gmail.com with a specific message in the body of the email.
If the PR value remains below 80 for more than 5 hours, an alert should be sent to the Regional Team via email to: region@gmail.com
If the PR value is still below 80 for more than 24 hours, an alert should be sent to the Head Office (HO) Team via email to: country@gmail.com
In my service account, I accessed the "Manage Alerts" section by clicking on the three dots of the particular card visual. However, the available default options do not allow me to create alerts based on the specific requirements mentioned above.
Could someone please suggest a solution for this issue..
Hi @Pradeep_357 ,
you can use Data Activator (Alerts ) to trigger alerts based on events
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/data-activator/data-activator-get-data-real-time-dashboard
weneed fabric account to use Data Activator and we dont have that
