Automate a data export for USAGE Metrics reports in Service from multiple workspaces

For certain reasons I won't delve into at the moment, I'm tasked with consolidating data from usage metrics reports across multiple workspaces. The data I'm working with includes Date, Report Views, UserID, and Report Name. Currently, I determine the workspace manually, but it seems there isn't a built-in feature that allows me to create a unified metric report covering all workspaces. Just to clarify, the Admin Portal Usage Metrics doesn't provide the specific data I need.

I'm curious to know if there's a way to use Power Automate (Flow) to extract the relevant data in Excel format from the usage dataset. It's worth noting that creating a paginated report directly on the usage dataset seems to be off the table. My goal is to build a flow that can combine these extracted files into a single, usable data source that meets our requirements at my workplace. Any insights or suggestions on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
