Automate RLS members addition and Report Sharing

To manage Row Level security we will be adding the members to the RLS page. Is there any way to automate this step instead of having to manually add users to RLS Member/group on PowerBI Service. I don't want to create Email group.

And also is there any way to automate the access of Power BI report sharing. ( i.e Sharing/Unsharing the Power BI report) ?

Hi @dayananthan ,

I don't think it is possible, current power bi haven't release RLS related REST API. You need to manually dispatch roles or share role to security group and add user to group to enable RLS effect.

In addition, if you mean assign role to embedded report, it is possible. You can take a look at generate token related functions.
