Automate PowerBI Report testing

Hi, I want to test Power-BI reports published to PBI-Service using automation. - Has anyone used selinium or similar to test using WebDriver etc. If anyone has done some automated testing do share.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    You can use Selenium to do related tests, if you encounter any problems, you can ask. Or refer to these:

    Report Test Automation by exporting data

      hi,

       

      Thanks for the reply, Selinium is one that i am looking at. If you have used it; do you know of quick way to download the underline data for the graph using  Selinium?

      Any sample code to navigate on PowerBI-Service would be helpful

        Hi,

         

        There are existing testing tools for Tableau Workbook/reports, does anyone know of similar tools for PowerBI.

         

        Existing tableau that I know of are:

        • BI Validator by DataGaps
        • Kinesis
