Helper IAuto refresh not respecting the Capacity workload settings
Hi Guys I have 2 reports that up untill a day ago have been working perfectly, they feed 2 full page live pinned dashboards and we have auto page refresh set to 31 seconds. These Reports/Dashboar...

How so? The dashboards are only refreshing every 30mins. You can see it says actual rate 30.1 "minutes"? It thinks the admin setting in the capacity is still set to the default 30mins when it is not.

Super Useryou are right, I confused minutes with seconds. You can raise an issue at https://issues.powerbi.com . If you have a Pro license you can consider raising a Pro ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
