Auto page refresh not refreshing as per the interval

Hi ,

I have a report that is directly connected to SAP HANA source and the report holds crucial data that needs to be updated to latest data. I have set the report for auto page refresh intervel in 20 seconds. I monitored the report refresh on 13th of February, my data did not update with in the interval, in-fact the changes did not reflect for 18 mins (between 9:12 (possibly earlier) and 9:30 ET on 13th morning to be precise) but I could see the data incoming in the source. 

Since the report  holds crucial data and is expected to show the llatest data while it is published to power bi service, every refresh matters. And this seems to happen often that the data doesn't refresh on time as expected (every 20 sec). Has anybody faced a simillar issue?
