Auto Refresh Disabled in Power Service due to Error

I Published a report on Power BI Services with auto Refresh schedule set Daily . It was working fine till I eceived this message 

I am thinking that is because  I just added a static table that I just need it to be on the Power Service Dashboard without being refresehd as it doesnt have any Data source . the question now , during the Auto Refresh daily schedule , how to let Power BI service avoid that table ?

what does that mean and how to fix this issue

That's probably not the static table. If by static you mean that table has data entered in manually then there should be no data source to be configured. I have several tables like that and never have any issue. Maybe some connection requires to re-enter the credentials? Anyway you can open the gateway settings in the dataset settings page, it should tell you which connection is missing.
