Auto Page Refresh in Power BI Service

Hello Everyone, 

 

we had deployed a Power BI Report to Production and user is facing issue with Refresh visuals option . Dataset is refreshing for every15 min , but visuals arent refreshing untill unless user clicks Refresh visuals option . Is there any way to trigger page refresh/visual refresh for specific frequency and refresh visuals when we navigate between pages. we are using import mode connection

    Hi. The thing is that reports are built to refresh their data when you open them. If you have it open all the time they keep a cache showing that state and not refreshed until you click refresh or you navigate through other sites and then open that again.

    There is an auto refresh but it only works with direct query. 

    If the problem is an specific user that wants to have a report opened all the time, you can suggest the windows 10 Power Bi App (not desktop). I think that one might work. However, if the idea is to keep a tv uploaded every time, you should build dashboards for that. Dashboards are automatically updated when a data refresh happens.
