When I add a PowerBI Pro license to my global admin account, I can view the standard Microsoft 365 usage analytics report.
When using my normal account with PowerBI Pro license, I am not able to view/update the report.
Can anyone tell me which role or authorization I should give to my normal account in order to make the report work?

Hi @rien ,
Access to view or update Microsoft 365 Usage Analysis reports in Power BI depends on more than just having a Power BI Pro licence. It also requires specific permissions or roles in the workspace where the reports are stored.
1.Ensure that the Administrator, Member or Participant role is assigned to the account in the workspace that contains the Microsoft 365 Utilisation Analytics report.
2.In addition, if the report relates specifically to Microsoft 365 usage analytics, make sure that the regular account has the required permissions in the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre to access the usage analytics data. This may involve roles such as Report Reader or Usage Analyst in the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
