Authentication level in Power BI in which user can see the reports and make dashboard only

I have created few Reports in power BI now I want to share those reports and dash board to my client but i want that they can see the reports and dashboard , also he can make dashboard from the reports but they cannot change the report , cannot  add any visuals in reports.

In this scenario, you can create a content pack containing all reports and dashboards, then share it to your users. They can only view those selected reports and dashboards. See: Tutorial: Create and publish an organizational content pack in Power BI.

And you can also create a group and get data from the content pack, add the users as members and assign read permission only. See: Create a group in Power BI.

Thanks for your reply  @v-sihou-msft but this helps me only one way user can see the report and dashborad , my requirement is just above that it is liike user can see and make the dashboard fromreports if they want but they cannot delete dashboard or any visuals from report. so whatever am giving to them they can play with those visuals only except that they cannot remove or add visuals into that reports.
