Auditing reports

I need to simplest and easiest way to be able to see who has accessed a particular report and the time it was accessed.  Some managers are wondering how often some reports are used and who is accessing.  I have not found an easy way to do this, unless I am missing something.

Thanks

Hi. The easiest way would be getting to the Admin Monitoring workspace (only fabric administrators can see). There is a feature and adoption report that shows de operations at the tenant that would show the activity events. That's the fastest built one you might found. You can check for a video explaining how it works if you are not sure about the values.

If you want to build your own, you can get the Activity Events with the Power Bi Rest API.

I hope that helps

Hi @guyatisk ,

You can reach out to your tenant admin they will be able to help you on pulling the power bi audit logs for your workspace or they will be already capturing the logs .

Thanks,

Sai Teja
