Asynchronous Pattern - Settings for 'Export to file for paginated reports' in Power Automate

I am facing an issue which is related to Asynchronous Pattern, Settings in 'Export to file for paginated reports' in Power Automate. When the Asynchronous Pattern button is ON, it shows that "PowerBIEntityNotFound - User was not found within your organization" as an error message but when the Asynchronous Pattern button is OFF, the flow doesnt throw any error but the attachment within the 'Export to file for paginated reports' that I get is always corrupted/damaged.

Not sure what is happening. Any help is really appreciated.

Explanation of the flow:

1) GET ITEMS - Get the email address for the sharepoint list for matching user id

2)Apply to each - for looping

2.1 - Export to file for paginated reports : Identities Username - 1 is the email_address column from sharepoint list and parameter is the user_id.

2.2 - Send an email (v2)
