Microsoft EmployeeAssistance Required with Tenant Settings for Application Insights in Power BI
Do you have fabric admin role. Do you need to activated it with pim?
v-sunitkumar - as suggested by Deku , You need Fabric administrator role
You need to connect to your Tenant Admin to have it assigned to you or they can help enabling your required setting in admin portal
