Hi,
I’m having trouble with staff accessing the dashboard across the organization, even after creating an "open to all staff" link and sharing it. However, it still prompts people to subscribe for a 60-day trial, mentioning premium features available during the trial period.
All I want is for staff to simply access the report for browsing; they don’t need to edit anything. I’m unsure why everyone is being asked to subscribe to premium or start a trial—perhaps I missed a step in the setup. I’d appreciate any help resolving this.
Additionally, I’ve been trying to embed the dashboard report into our organization’s intranet, but it only shows a blank space instead of the dashboard.
Any assistance with these issues would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Tanmoy

Thank you so much for your response. The informaiton is useful.
You (Workspace) has to be on a Premium capacity in order for users to view if they do not have a Pro license.
If they have a Pro license or publish report to a Workspace on premium capacity, you would not get this message.
