Assigned to Metrics

Hello,

 

I would like to know if you can use distribution lists in the assigned to column to notify users within that disctribution list when the status of a metric change. So far, I receive the following message when I try to add a distribution list.

The said distribution list has already a direct access to the scorecard so not sure why I receive this message.

    Hi Whoule ,

     

    1. Please verify your licence. When you share scorecards, whether inside or outside your organization, your recipients need Power BI Premium Per User (PPU) licenses, unless the content is in a Power BI Premium capacity. unless the content is in a Power BI Premium capacity.


    2. Ensure that each member of the newsgroup list has at least view access to the scorecards. This is sometimes overlooked if new members have recently been added to the newsgroup list or if the scorecard access rights have changed.

     

    If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
