Assign Power BI Pro licenses using azure active directory
I am attempting to assign Power BI Pro licenses using Azure Active Directory (AAD). We do not have Office 365. I assign them in them in AAD, but then go back into AAD and they are not assigned. ...
horntw make sure that you assignin a license for account with don't stay 'Free Power BI License' , you need assign it in user without this type of license.. i've saw this bug sometimes into license's manager of power BI.

This is the article I used and stepped through it to assign the licenses. But, when I go back into AAD they are not assigned.
