Hello,

I dont want the data sorted as Power BI does. I want the data in the same way they are in the table. Any ideas about how to remove the order ?

Hi @AudreyRene ,

Regarding your question, you can use the 'Sort by column' button.

Sort one column by another column in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

The Table data is shown below:

Please follow these steps:

1.Creating an index column in 'Power query'.

2.Click the 'Sort by column' button.

Thank you !

Hi @AudreyRene ,

If you have used 'Sort by column', you can remove index column. As in the picture I provided, I did not add the index column in the table visual.

Hi @AudreyRene ,

Based on your picture, it seems that you used 'sort by Column' for the 'Index' column.

So after deleting the 'Index' column the sorting will become invalid.

Please select the column you want to sort.

If you still have problems, can you share the .pbix file without the sensitive data?

Hello,

Yes i want the data to be sort with the Index Column but i dont want the column in my visual.  How can i share my .pbix file ?

Hi @AudreyRene ,

You could upload the file to OneDrive / Google Drive / DropBox and share the link here.
