As a power BI Admin, I want to see user access to various contents workspace / reports

We have number of workspaces , Now we want to review the User access / privileges granted for various contents and respective role.

E.g USER A  is Member in Workpace 1 , Workapce 2

USER A  is Reader in Workpace 3

USER A  is  Contributor of a Dataset 1 in Workpace 3

USER A having build access for Dataset 2

USER A  is viewer for report 3, report 4 in Workspace 4

Is theere a way in Power Bi services?

HI @AnalyticsWNags ,

Other than manually looking at each workspace individually there is not a native way to see this.  However, the API's are built for this functionality.  Perhaps this one:  Admin - Groups GetGroupUsersAsAdmin - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn
