Are users able to save filters or edit reports for customized viewing?

I have created a workgroup and added members as users

However, when they login, and go to the SLG Workspace, they are unable to edit the report.  Also, is there a way to save the filters on the report so when users log back in the filters are saved to what they need?

@Rsanjuan If for the group workspace you've set to 'Members can edit power bi content' then your members should definately be able to edit the reports they may have to refresh their screen after you've made changes. We've got this working all the time.

Also to set filters default for the report you can either set fitlers on the pbix file and then publish or edit report in power bi service, set filters and save report.

Hi Rsanjuan,

For reports that have been published directly to the group workspace, we could control group member editing through "Members can edit Power BI content" option;

For the reports that in a content pack, only the owner of the content pack could "update " the report, changing the option "Members can edit Power BI content" won't make it available for the members to edit this kind of reports.

Manage, update, and delete organizational content packs in Power BI

Regarding filters, if you would like the filter to save differently, then we may consider enable Role Level Security.

Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI

If the reports could be modified by all the memebers, the filters would only stay with the last modified status.

If you have any further concern, please feel free to post back.

Regards
