Are Published Reports Crawled by Search Engines
Can anyone tell me if a Published Power BI report is crawled by a Search Engine?
thaks
If you mean Reports Published to Web, the answer is yes. Microsoft states that Publish to Web reports might be crawled by BING and served up in search requests. This is part of the reason you should never use Publish to Web for anything that you don't want the general public to see. See https://exceleratorbi.com.au/publish-web-not-secure/
If you're asking about reports published to a Power BI workspace, then no, the data in your Power BI account is not crawled by any search engine.
