Hello,

Are Data Source credentials separate per each Workspace?

Can I publish the same desktop file to three different workspaces in my account and then in "Schedule Refresh" enter in each workspace different credentials?

Hi @michaelshparber ,

Yes. When we use personal gateway, we have to supply the credentials to connect to the back-end data source. So we can enter different one for the same data source.

If we use on-premise gateway, the credential is defined for the data source by the gateway administrator. It might cause refresh failed while adding other credentials.
