Arcgismap - no background

Hello

 

I have a Premium account and I share reports with Arcgis maps.

Depending on the computer, I"ve no background on my map. 

 Arcgismap issue on PowerBi Premium

As you can see, the shops are localized but there is no background (layer).

Anybody can help me please?

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    You said "Depending on the computer, I"ve no background on my map.", so, does this problem only occur on some computers? While it can display correctly on others? Have you tried changing to a different web browser?
