Hi,
We are using ArcGIS maps in our reports which work great ... Except for one user.
He seems to be setup the same as everyone else, including licencing, but for some reason the ArcGIS Maps don't work for him on the iPad or in the web browser.
I assume because they are not working on two devices it is not a caching issue?
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue?

I asked the PM for this feature and here is his response:
they should submit an issue on the issues forum http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues with details, attach the report if possible, and include a fiddler trace of the network when it's not working.

Did he enable ArcGIS preview - it's a checkbox under Options > Security (Desktop) or under Settings >General in service.
