ArcGIS Map is blank

Hi All, On my desktop i used ArgGIS maps and i can see the maps and locations , but when i publish to workspace the map is blank, no data. Any idea? I am using  Power BI ©Microsoft Corporation 202...

    you will need to speak to whomever your power bi admin is to make sure that setting is enabled.

have you ever use arcgis in the service before?  iit does need to be enabed in the admin portal.

I do not see any of those settings, probably my account does not have access to that level of settings.
