Arc GIS map issues on Power BI Service

Is anyone else having issues with ESRI Arc GIS maps not rendering correctly on Power BI Service?  Maps show default formatting and no reference layers.  This doesn't seem to be a problem on my desktop.

    I have tested on my side, it works well.

     

    Could you please share your screenshots for us, and if possible, could you please share your sample pbix file for us have a test.
