Loading Apps from Left Navigation on Power BI (app.powerbi.com/groups/me/apps) got stuck on 'Almost done'.
From the development tools on the network tab I can see that the ping is coming back with 200 and also the OPTIONS of subcribe.
But then the POST of subscribe times out (cancelled) after a minute and the whole process runs in a never ending loop.
I am logged in as a global admin and Power-Platform-Admin. This user has a Premium Single user license.
This is the first time I logged in to Power BI with this user, so I have no data added until now. I just wanted to use the Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics App as described here: Aktivieren von Microsoft 365-Nutzungsanalysen - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Docs
I tried with Edge and Chrome.
Any ideas?
You can try re-opening the browser and Also press Shift + F5 has worked for me in the past.

In the meanwhile I checked the responses of subscribe again.
We get: Access denied to wabi-europe-north-b-redirect.analysis.windows.net
when calling wabi-europe-north-b-redirect.analysis.windows.net/powerbi/refresh/subscribe

It is a known issue that is specific to users in certain regions.
The bug is still in the discussion and planning phase.
I suggest you try logging out, clearing the cache, opening a private browser, and then logging back in. Then try loading the reports. It works for some users .
