Apps button missing from navigation on Fabric website
Hi all,
Any idea why the apps button is missing from the left hand navigation bar when I'm on the Fabric homepage? It's there on the Power BI homepage. I've got a Fabric trial capacity running, have enabled Create Fabric Items and Users can create and discover org apps in the Fabric settings. Not sure what else could fix this.
Did some searching and only found one other person having this issue a few months ago and they were advised by Microsoft is was a temporary glitch.
Any suggestions?

as of my knowledge, this is not a glitch but by design. The "Apps" is coming from Power BI old world lets say. In Fabric you can still use the Apps but you need to switch the view to "Power BI" rather than "Fabric". In Fabric there is a new item called "Org App" which is quite similar to the Power BI App but with some other features (like design customization and more).

I personally think it was designed deliberately this way. Fabric is a multi-engine analytics platform that focuses on 'Build' and 'Collaborate', but Apps are a Power BI-specific distribution concept, which emphasizes 'Publish' and 'Consume'. If APP is in Fabric it would blur the authoring and consumption.
