Approval workflow for publishing report in workspace

Hello experts,

 

Is there any flow for approving to publishing report in workspace.

 eg:

1. A user is trying to publish report in 'temp' workspace

2. Approval request goes to workspace admin, once he/she approved then report is accessible by the users?

3. check : before the approval, report is not accessible by the users.

    That's exactly what a workspace is for. Think of the workspace as your ITG environment. Once you are happy with the result you can make the report visible to the respective app audiences and update the app.

     

    NOTE: "A user is trying to publish report" - that user will need to have a Pro license.

     

    If you want to go fancy - consider deployment pipelines (no endorsement!).

    Hi lbendlin,

     

    Thanks for your response. But I dont' see /receive any approval notification when publishing report to a workspace. Is there any settings to enabled?
