Approval flow in a power bi report

Hello to everyone,

In the company where I am working we are looking for an approval flow which must be approved for the director each time a user (head of sales)  make a change like use filters in the report. This is simple report where each filter is only numbers but the director want to be notified and approve each time the head of sales filter some data of the report.

Please I am little desesperate with this.

Hi @ctasayco ,

You can follow the way @goncalogeraldes provides to create approvals.
But you need to know Power BI as connector directly using Power Automate has only four actions.

1.Add rows to a dataset

2.Export To File for Paginated Reports
3.Export To File for Power BI Reports
4.Refresh a dataset

Depending on your current scenario, it may be appropriate to use a single approval.
