Application and Report not loading data

Hello, 

since a few days, we are facing issues, randomly on certain reports/app 

users can not load data . it keeps running (loading data... almost done...and then nothing)

 

is it something general ? or is it something at our premium service level ?

    A mi tambien me pasa lo mismo, los usuarios tienen problema en el servicio de PowerBi, no mostrando las aplicaciones
