Hi,

1. Do we have auto data refresh feature in Power BI service and embedded ? we wanted to monitor the devices and azure service like service bus on real time 

2. Can we integrate power bi embedded with office 365 for authetication and authorization

1. For real time, you can check Stream Analytics & Power BI: A real-time analytics dashboard for streaming data. 

2. Power BI REST API  is based on Azure AD authentication, so I can think it is possible.
