I've been a Power BI user for several years now and have never experienced this issue before. The appearance in my Desktop file is no longer identical to in the Service. It's even worse for dashboards where I've Embedded.
Is there a way to reconcile in the Desktop so that it actually reflected WYSIWYG?
Example screenshots below. The first 4 are from the Desktop. The second 4 are the same snips from the Service. The last 2 are from the Embed and aligned with the first two of Desktop and Service, respectively.
Update - also checked in Microsoft Edge Browser (screenshots below are from Chrome) and same problem is evident.

Hi @mrothschild
There is a current bug in the Power BI Service, what you can do to fix this is to change your Zoom of your browser to be Smaller and then Bigger and this should resolve the issue.
You can find more details here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
