Why the app request access If actually the user is inside one group with the right permissions to access?
maybe could be it a bug (cache browser)?, or design feature. I don't know
is this behaviour normal?

This looks like it could be a browser cache problem. May I ask if you have tried clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser?
