App request access message

Hi community, I publish an app with RLS and groups permissions, to access it the user must be in a group and this group inside audiencies in APP. 

The first time when you publish an app and the user go to open by first time, "Request Access Lets get you permissions to view this app", after refesh web browser (click refresh button) the app it show him/her :).

So this event It doesn't show him/her (message permisssions) because the user is inside one audiencie with permission.

Whats happen with APP?

some settings are missing?

the user before to open the app; should be  sign out and after sing up?

browser cache issues?

If I understood correctly, you are explaining the process on what kind of message we see, when someone access the report for the first time from the app. The message is 'Request Access to view the report' and once approved they will be able to view the report from app.

But I am not clear with the below part, can you please elaborate in detail what are you referring too.

Why the app request access If actually the user is inside one group with the right permissions to access?

 maybe could be it a bug (cache browser)?, or design feature. I don't know

is this behaviour normal?

This looks like it could be a browser cache problem. May I ask if you have tried clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser?
