App not visible to users from linked security groups
CreativeEnergy If you haven't already tried this ,Instead of groups try assigning audience by individual users temporarily to test if the app is visible. This will isolates if the issue is group-related or something else.
Or, Publish a new app with only one or two users or a small group to isolate if complexity or size of audiences is causing issues.

grazitti_sapna That was a very good idea. It looks like something was wrong with the group, as creating a new group with the same users solved it. I really don't understand why a new group did the job, because it was basically the same (except for different owner). Thank you for your help!
