App not showing the changes made

Hi All,

I have a report that i published to a workspace and i logged into the workspace and updated the app as well. The changes i made to the report was to sort by the "FiledYear" , please see the below screen shots the first one is the report in the workspace and the second one is the  App, the sort is not showing in the App. I updated multiple times and refreshed as well. Any advice please.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Perhaps try in another browser as well, just as a test.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    I think you have followed the right procedure - after you change a report and publish it and then update the app.  It should appear updated in the app.  You might want to confirm that you have refreshed the browser and are not looking at a cached version?  It also may take a little while until the APP actually updates.

      collinq Thanks. I compeletely exited and tried again with no luck, what baffles me is i made changes to another report and it was updated in the Apps. Will try later today and check.
