App not combining dashboard and reports for some users

Hi, I need help please.

It seems like an app is not displaying anymore as an app for a lot of users.

So far, the app had always displayed as a full solution to access all reports and dashbaords in 1 place as per this screenshot:

Seems like since yesterday a lot fo users can't see the app as per the above, but instead, they just see a list of the dashboards and reports as per this screenshot:

 

What do we need to do to make sure all users can see the app properly? Shwoing all reports as a list is not nearly as user friendly as the full app solution.

    I ended up needing to remove access from all users to the workspace, and then reinstate their access. Since then, users can again access the app the way it's meant to be (with all reports and pages accesible on the left). Seems like some sort of bug may have caused the issue.

    Please explain again how these things are different.   Have you changed the "New Navigation"  switch ?
