My app icon renders a circle around it. I tried invisible backgound as well as the surroundings-fitting background with the same result. Both Chrome and Edge show the circle.
Is this a typical behavior for all non-circle icons?
Even MSFT's own Premium Capacity reporting has that, so I'm going to say it's "typical" and also a bug. I'd report it in Issues and maybe you'll get a response.
