Hi,
The public that we shared an access to our App has suddenly no more access to the content.
They got the message "Something went wrong" You don't have access to this content..
Does anyone know how to solve that?
Our data model doesn't use any RLS so we don't get it why this message appeared.
Thanks a lot for your help
Best,
Hi @Anonymous
Since you mentioned that the data model does not use row level security, I would suggest that you start by checking for possible problems in the following areas:
First, make sure that the application access settings have not been inadvertently changed.
Sometimes, changes to a user's licence or permissions may affect access to content. Verify that the user still has the appropriate licences and permissions to access the application content.
Checking Power BI service operation.
As a temporary solution, you can create a new workspace and publish reports in it.
