Hello all,
About 2 days ago several of our users reported receiving white screens when they use formerly working links to access our apps and published reports. In testing with one user in particular, who is also a workspace admin, he is getting the whitescreens through both Edge and Chrome. Users who are also workspace users appear to be able to access the PowerBI workspace, but when they try and open a report directly it returns a white screen.
Is anyone aware of a wide-spread issue that could be impacting app/report access or loading?
Also, and perhaps separately, I dealt with an issue where I went into an app that I own, tried adding specific users into the audience list directly. The app indicated that they would be added, and that it would take a few moments to update, and provided a link they could use to access the app... However upon re-entering the audience management screen their names were not added. I tried adding them, individually and together, several times. It is odd because just the day before I added another user, and distribution list, without any issue.

I am concerned that this is a more widespread issue.
I have had many users reporting this issue over the last week. I have also experienced this myself just browsing directly to app.powerbi.com
Clearing my browser cache fixed this initially but the problem does come back, this happens in both Chrome and Edge.
Has anyone else noticed the dodgy URLs that try to be resolved when this happens?
Such as https://app.powerbi.com/home?disablecdnExpiration=1701385688&experience=power-bi

I have scoured ms content, including these forums and find nothing... would be nice is ms could acknowledge an issue.
Hi @PowerBI_Chaos ,
This issue has been submitted internally. Please be patient to wait for fixing. If there is any news, I will update it here.

Hi @PowerBI_Chaos ,
Through my testing, I was unable to reproduce your problem. You can try the following steps:
1.Make sure that your users have the necessary access to the datasets outside of the workspace.
2.Try clearing the cache and cookies of the web browser, or try accessing the reports on a different device or network to see if the issue persists.
Best Regards,
Neeko Tang

I encountered same issue with you, what i did is I 'reset settings' of Edge of the users.
Just go to Settings and more or alt+F then select the settings then select the reset settings.
Possible cause the new update of Edge.
