App Permissions with O365 Groups

Hi, I have a problem selecting O365 groups in the permissions settings when creating an App.  I can see available O365 groups, and I can hit Update App, however when I return to the Workspace from the App, and go to the Update App page, the Group is no longer associated to the app.  When testing this out with Individual Users, there is no problem.

I wanted to demo using Apps to distribute reports this thursday, but if I can't use O365 groups the administration overhead is going to be an issue.  Can you help please?

Hi there

Which version of the App Workspace are you using V1 or V2?

Gilbert, thanks for the quick reply.

I'm using the V2 Upgraded App Workspace, not the V1 Classic workspace.

Hi there

That is weird as it should work

Here is the documentation from Microsoft https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-create-the-new-workspaces
