App Direct Link No Longer Working - "Building your app..." spinner

Hello, for some reason over the weekend, the link for our app no longer loads.  All our users are getting stuck with a "Building your app...." spinner and the dashboard never loads.  It was working fine a few days ago.

Users can access the app fine if they load it from app.powerbi.com.   They can not access form the direct app link...

I see some similar posts like this from a long time ago.  Please help, we need these app links to work - it is how users access their information!

Thanks

Hello after messing around with the app, I learned the issue is the "New Navigation Builder" option.  When turned on the link works fine.  When turned off the link does not work.

Hi @kurtsmetana,

I have seen this issue before with Apps.
The workaround is to direct users to the App menu in the Power BI Home screen and search for their App there. The apps did load from there previously.

thanks that does work but that is not the experience I'm going for....   this is clearly a bug that Microsoft needs to fix......

Hi @kurtsmetana ,

Whether the problem still persist in your side? I just tested it, the app can be loaded via the link directly...

Best Regards

Rena

Hi Rena, the problem is still happening.  Looks like you work for Microsoft, perhaps you are able to test the exact app in question for me?  Should I post the app link here or.... ?

That's true. A while back it was mentioned at the support site.

You could check the Power BI issues forum. And if it is not there, you could post your issue there.

And/or if you have a Pro account you could open a (free) support ticket. Go to the support page to file a support ticket.
