I am new to using Power BI Apps. I created a distribution list for people in my organization to have access to an app I published, as my organization does not allow you to automatically give public access. When people not on the distribution list have requested access, I have given it to them to be part of the audience I created. However, whenever someone is requesting access, the access request notification email is being sent to everyone! How do I change the settings so when someone requests access to the app, only the publisher is notified, and not anyone who has access?

Hi @Anonymous
The users you want to receive the message can be added to the contact list. The Contact list feature allows you to specify which users receive notification about issues occurring in the workspace.

You accidentally set the app contacts to the audience PDL. Change that setting when you re-publish the app.
