Came here to acknowledge this as well, support is atrocious. Have had our environment nonfunctional and every "engineer" on their end says the same thing over and over with no resolution. Even had them on video calls showing the issue, but their usual response is "we cannot replicate it on our side"...terrible service when you're paying $20,000 a month to use this platform.
