Anyone else have problems working with Microsoft's support contractor Mindtree Limited?

There is something strange going on!!!
I seriously believe that they have been appointed by someone high up for reasons other than their competence as we also have witnessed they are completely USELESS in every respect and even malicious.
If you try to complain (which have done so on several occassions) you get stopped after you go through certain loop holes and nothing gets done!

We even were thinking of changing our cloud to AWS only because of Mindtree!!!
