Anyone else have problems working with Microsoft's support contractor Mindtree Limited?

I am suprised that Microsoft prefers working with such unprofessional and inadequate people.
Their team is ignoring your requests and simply keep repeating saying the same thing over and over. They either don't understand English or simpy want you to get tired and leave them.
Although the issue is related to billing, they ask you to create a support request as a technical issue. However, creating technical support ticket requires paid support plan. They are simply nightmare.
It is shame on Microsoft that they prefer working with cheap teams as Mindtree over qualified professionals.
