Hello,
Recently I have been experiencing a lot of performance issues with almost all of my datasets when refreshing through either a scheduled refresh or manual with the online app. When I download these reports to my desktop and refresh they are done in 3-5 minutes, but online taking anywhere from 1-1.5 hours. Is there anything I can do to fix this or increase performance in any way; or any particular reason this would be happening?
-Thanks!
Hi @HunterAlpert ,
An internal ICM about slow dataset refresh in Power BI Service has been submitted, if there is any progress I will update here.

You could also take a look a document about Optimization guide for Power BI.

This can have many different reasons, from network congestion to DNS issues to bad timing. Are you on shared capacity or on Premium?
