Annual subscription fee
My understanding is that its billed Annually. Thus you can't just sign up for a month and cancel later. So the pricing is displayed as a per month cost, but you are on the hook for an annual amount. I'm unsure how part years work, so i imagine they would pro-rata if your general licensing is annualised with a certain date.
Per User, its $10 USD per month ($120 per year)

In the pricing page, there is a statement like below:
"Prices shown per user per month but annual subscription is required."

Does it that you can't cancel your subcription and get refund for the rest of the months ?
