Analyze in Excel

Hello,  2 days ago we had no problem, but now we can't access PBI data in Excel. All users are BPI Pro, settings in PBI Portal is OK.

I'm sorry, but i've mentioned that:

  1.  3 days ago it was OK: It has DataModel, i'm administrator of this data and we've tried everything according to help
  2. I can access this data from one of my computers

So it looks like a bug in a system

Hi Skyter,

 

Please try to sign out and sign in again in Excel to see whether it resolves problem. Besides, if you click the "Analysize in Excel" on Power BI service, can you view dataset data successfully in Excel?
